Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Our clinic wheelchair is accessible, with accessible parking on site. If you need additional accommodations for your visit, please call us in advance and we will arrange them.
Is there a cost for parking?
No. Underground and surface parking is available on site at no cost to patients. When you arrive, give your license plate number to our receptionist upstairs and we will validate your parking. Do not pay at the parking machine.

Yes. A signed physician requisition is required for all pain management injections. We accept requisitions from any physician, including family doctors, specialists, walk in clinics, and hospitals.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online or by calling us at 1-844-967-5352. Healthcare providers can also send patient referrals to us by fax, online portal, or phone. Once your requisition is received, our team will reach out to schedule your appointment.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your signed physician requisition, your provincial health card, a piece of government issued photo ID, and any relevant insurance information. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
How long does an injection appointment take?
The injection itself usually takes a few minutes. With check in, preparation, and a brief observation period after the injection, plan to be at the clinic for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Our team will share specific timing when you book.
