Care that is accessible.
Wosler Diagnostics is committed to providing diagnostic imaging services that are accessible to people of all abilities. If you need an accommodation to access our services, please tell us and we will work with you to make it happen.
We aim to identify and reduce barriers to our services, and to meet our obligations under the Alberta Human Rights Act, the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, the Accessible Saskatchewan Act, and the Nova Scotia Accessibility Act. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better.
What you can expect from us
We provide our services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. Where possible, we work with patients to arrange reasonable accommodations so they can access our diagnostic imaging services.
Accommodation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Some accommodations can be arranged at the time of booking; others may require a bit of advance notice so we can prepare. We will be honest with you about what we can and cannot do at a given location.
In-person accessibility
Accessibility features vary by clinic location, as our clinics operate in a mix of leased and shared medical buildings. When you contact us to book, please let our team know if you have specific accessibility needs and we will confirm what is available at the clinic nearest you, or help you find a more suitable location.
Service animals are welcome at all of our clinics. Support persons accompanying a patient are welcome at no additional cost.
How to reach us
You can book or ask about accessibility by phone, email, or through our website. If a particular method of communication is difficult for you, let us know how you would prefer to be reached and we will do our best to accommodate.

Digital accessibility
We work to make our website usable by as many people as possible. If you encounter a barrier on this site, for example content you cannot read with a screen reader or a form you cannot complete, please contact us and we will help you access the information you need by another means.
Tell us how we can do better
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our services. If something did not work well for you, or you have a suggestion for how we could improve, please contact us. Feedback is reviewed by our operations team and used to inform changes over time.
