Collection of Personal Information

Retention of Information

We retain personal and health information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and professional record-keeping obligations. Information no longer needed is securely destroyed, erased, or anonymized.

We implement stringent security measures to protect your personal and health information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification, with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Storage

We will keep the personal information that we collect either at our offices or our service provider’s data centres in Canada or outside of Canada, including but not limited to the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices from time to time. You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Significant changes will be communicated to you and will require your consent where necessary. We include the date this policy was last revised at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our website and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
